RESILIENCE REPAIRS PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES
We help turn distress into diamonds. When the worst of times feels like crushing pressure, from the right perspective, we can see how it makes us brighter and stronger.
Easing into Real Recovery
Capacity Path exists to cultivate a culture of thriving in the face of life’s challenges.
We provide emergency response teams that help stabilize communities impacted by catastrophic incidents and training workshops to rebuild resilience in individuals and communities affected by crises and high-stress careers.
Survivors
No one quite understands how hard this has been, I’m barely surviving and beyond overwhelmed. I can't think straight to handle the most basic things. I want to feel like myself again.
Public Agencies
We work year round to keep the community safe and secure, but since the incident, we are stretched thin, and recovery feels like a massive burden and out of reach.
First Responders
We deal with the critical incidents all the time, we are trained for response. But recovery is harder when we are the ones who are affected too. And haven't had a decent nights sleep on this response.
Businesses
Bouncing back can be tricky, expensive, painful, and slow-going. We need business continuity and we want to be a resource in the community, but how?
Secondary Responders
Teachers, Pastors, Nurses, Social Workers - our community is feeling the strain of rebuilding homes, people, and resource networks. We are made to help, but the pressures on us are massive and often unseen or unknown to the community.
Government
We are responsible for response and recovery, we prepare in blue skies and are active in grey. We need communities to be stronger so we aren't the only source of repair. We build back buildings, but how do we build back people?
What We Do
Capacity Path provides a multi-pronged approach to community mental health through the provision of specialized crisis support and mental health safety resources to engage and enhance resilience and endurance for affected communities.
